Notice of Intended Date of Annual General Meeting

Date: Saturday 27th March 2010
Time: 4-8pm
Venue: Wessex Hotel , Bournemouth, West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 5EU

Any Member wishing to stand for office (as an Officer or non-executive director), or who wishes to propose a resolution for consideration at the AGM, should give notice of the same to the Secretary in accordance with the requirements of the Articles of the Association.

Any such notice must be received by the Secretary no later than Friday 19th February 2010.

A notice that a person wishes to stand for office must be accompanied by the name and contact details of the Members proposing and seconding the candidate and must be accompanied by a biography of the candidate (no more than 200 words).

Notices should be sent by email to sec@kitesurfing.org.

A full list of candidates for office and the agenda for the AGM will be circulated at least 14 days but not more than 28 days before the appointed date for the AGM.
