  • Back/Low Mobe Help

    Postby alib987 » Thu Jan 28, 2010 9:56 pm

Ok so i have been trying this trick for a while now, and have hit a wall. I just can not progress any further.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15-c8OE_qyI

Sometimes I can grab the bar, pretty rarely tho, and when i do I always end up crashing.
I've watched progression prof a lot and the only thing i can get from it is I need to keep the bar a bit closer in to make the pass. I've tried this but still not making the pass that often.

Am I spinning too flat, (ie not inverted enough)? From watching hadlow on progression he carves quite far round before poping, which i have been doing. Will slowing it down help. ie rotate then after rotate, spin and pass.

Also is the more fluid higher backmobe easier to master?

    Any help would be good

yo. first thing i would say is to learn a back to wraap. thats the best way to get the right movemetn.
first thing. keep your elbows locked in close to your body. this makes the pass way easier
edge further round the backroll so you take off later
keep hold of ther bar for much much longer. you are trying to pass the bar to early. thats why learning a back to wrap is the best way to learn the trick.
and as you pop into the back roll,,,, pull the bar sharply into your hips.

try popping harder and keeping the kite lower , as it seems your getting pulled over the front by the powered kite, popping harder will make the lines more slack as will having a lower kite.

let us know how you get on
